We’re committed to ensuring that you have a wonderful experience with Ivy and Stone. If you don’t like what you’ve ordered, no problem! Within the 10 days of receiving your order, most items can be returned for a full refund. (Please Note: Large items such as furniture, lighting, rugs, art, and mirrors are final sale and non-returnable. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please let us know within one week (seven days) of receiving your order, and a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. The following items are not eligible for a refund: rugs, furniture, select oversized items, items damaged through normal wear-and-tear, and anything past the 10 day window as listed above. Bedding and Pillows might be subject to a restocking fee.

Once your return is approved, we will issue the return shipping label and reply to your email with it. Note that returns must be shipped within seven business days, and we are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect or inadequate packaging, or if the item being returned is damaged or lost in the process of being returned. If the item isn’t shipped for return within the seven business day window, the item will no longer be eligible for a refund, and we will email you to let you know. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment minus shipping fees. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your refund.
